Heard someone on a podcast talkin bout the Jets.
He said “I’m glad Winnipeg’s getting a team again but aren’t there only like, 18,000 people in Winnipeg?! I dunno how they’re gonna fill a stadium!!”
For the record, there are about 700,000 people in Winnipeg and tickets sold out in under half an hour. I think the image of Winnipeg everyone has in their mind is pretty hilarious :)
